Abstract

This study aims to analyze and formulate business strategies that can improve the competitiveness of PT Ziebar Indonesia as an outsourcing service provider. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis uses the SWOT model to identify the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The results indicate that PT Ziebar Indonesia needs to focus on service differentiation strategies, improving human resource competencies, and utilizing digital technology in operational processes. This study provides strategic recommendations in the form of targeted growth strategies, strategic partnerships, and improving service quality as an effort to create long-term competitive advantage.
